Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- flexible availability to work various shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen preferred
- culinary training or certification preferred
- strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- ability to follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to hotel standards and guest specifications
- follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency
- maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- ensure all food is cooked to proper temperature and presentation standards
- assist with inventory control and kitchen supply restocking
- work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient food service
- adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
