Located in the prestigious Rittenhouse Square, the AAA Four-Diamond rated Sofitel Philadelphia epitomizes luxury and elegance with 306 beautifully appointed guestrooms featuring premium amenities such as Lanvin products and luxurious bedding. We are currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Luxury Concierge to join our Sofitel Philadelphia team in a full-time capacity. This role plays a vital part in shaping first impressions and ensuring that every guest’s experience is seamless and extraordinary. As a Luxury Concierge, you will be the go-to person for guests, managing check-ins, check-outs, special requests, and providing valuable local insights. You will be responsible for coordinating transportation, reservations, special occasions, and more, all while promoting the hotel’s amenities and delivering personalized service that exceeds expectations.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a related luxury hospitality role
  • Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and messaging platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Fluency in English

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working with computers including Word, Excel, and messaging
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to deliver luxury service
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel setting or degree from a hotel school
  • Flexible with working days and hours
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel is a plus

Job Duties

  • Welcome all guests in a luxury environment
  • Manage multiple priorities calmly delivering results in a fast paced environment
  • Offer a warm welcome and departure experience to guests in accordance with company standards
  • Assist with check-in and check-out of Inhouse guests
  • Handle all incoming Front Desk and Concierge phone calls during shifts
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests providing personalized experiences
  • Coordinate special arrangements such as transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, and celebrations
  • Provide detailed information about the hotel and local Philadelphia area
  • Promote hotel facilities and look for opportunities to enhance guests' stays through up-selling
  • Assist guests in enrolling in the ALL Accor frequent guest program
