We are currently seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Luxury Concierge to join the Sofitel Philadelphia team for a full-time position. This role offers an unmatched opportunity to make a lasting impression on guests in a luxury environment, contributing to the guest experience through warm, attentive service and expert local knowledge. As a Concierge, you will be a critical touchpoint for guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, responding to inquiries, arranging bespoke services, and promoting hotel amenities and local activities. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel
  • Hotel school degree or equivalent preferred
  • Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, and messaging
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and committed to high standards of service
  • Flexibility with days and hours
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality is preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working with computers including Word, Excel, and messaging
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a commitment to delivering luxury service
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury setting or equivalent hotel school degree
  • Flexibility with working days and hours
  • Previous luxury hotel experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Welcome all guests in a luxury environment and manage multiple priorities calmly delivering results in a fast paced environment
  • Offer a warm welcome and departure experience to guests assisting with check-in and check-out in accordance with company standards
  • Handle all incoming front desk and concierge phone calls during your shift
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests providing hand-tailored experiences to ensure a memorable stay
  • Coordinate special arrangements or services such as transportation, reservations, and celebrations identifying appropriate providers
  • Provide information about Philadelphia area attractions, special events, activities, and hotel amenities
  • Promote hotel facilities and look for opportunities to enhance guest stays through up-selling
  • Assist in enrolling guests in the ALL Accor frequent guest program
