Job Requirements

  • On-island residency on Oahu required
  • Full-time availability including weekends
  • Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to personalize recommendations based on guest needs
  • Willingness to learn and knowledge of Hawaiian Islands preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer competency with willingness to learn POS systems

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service preferred
  • Background in tourism, hospitality, or travel highly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English required
  • Fluency in Japanese preferred
  • Basic computer skills with POS experience a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Job Duties

  • Assist guests at hotel concierge desks to plan and book tours and activities
  • Provide personalized travel recommendations based on guest interests and needs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service reflecting the spirit of Aloha
  • Utilize computer systems and POS technology for processing bookings
  • Communicate effectively with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with management to support multiple concierge desk locations as assigned
