Job Requirements
- On-island residency on Oahu required
- Full-time availability including weekends
- Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to personalize recommendations based on guest needs
- Willingness to learn and knowledge of Hawaiian Islands preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer competency with willingness to learn POS systems
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service preferred
- Background in tourism, hospitality, or travel highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English required
- Fluency in Japanese preferred
- Basic computer skills with POS experience a plus
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Job Duties
- Assist guests at hotel concierge desks to plan and book tours and activities
- Provide personalized travel recommendations based on guest interests and needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service reflecting the spirit of Aloha
- Utilize computer systems and POS technology for processing bookings
- Communicate effectively with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with management to support multiple concierge desk locations as assigned
