Job Requirements

  • Living on the Big Island of Hawai'i
  • Must complete online application
  • Part-time availability (25-32 hours weekly)
  • Weekend availability
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced setting
  • Fluency in English

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales and/or customer service (1-3 years preferred)
  • Experience in tourism, hospitality, or travel industry
  • Exceptional sales and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of the Hawaiian Islands and offered tours and activities
  • Ability to understand and cater to customer needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills with diverse cultures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Experience with POS systems preferred
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in Japanese preferred

Job Duties

  • Serve as ambassador of aloha to guests
  • Assist guests in booking tours and activities on the Big Island and neighboring islands
  • Provide exceptional sales and customer service
  • Work at assigned hotel concierge desks in Kailua-Kona or Waikoloa
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • Participate in remote and on-site training programs
