The role of Hotel Concierge & Sales Agent at Pleasant Holidays is crafted specifically for vibrant individuals living on the Big Island of Hawai'i, particularly around Kailua-Kona or Waikoloa. This part-time position, offering 25 to 32 hours weekly with weekend availability, invites candidates to engage with guests from around the globe aiming to create unforgettable memories. Starting at $20 an hour plus an uncapped commission earning potential, this job is ideal for those who love travel, culture, and providing outstanding customer service. You must be living on the Big Island to be considered and complete an online application to join the team. As a Concierge Sales Agent, you'll act as an Ambassador of Aloha, delivering personalized assistance to help guests book tours, activities, and experiences on the Big Island and neighboring islands. Training is partly remote and completed on-site at hotel concierge desks, requiring computer and internet access though not mandatory.
