Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in concierge, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- professional appearance and demeanor
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask and problem solve
- willingness to learn local area amenities and services
- proficiency in computer and reservation systems
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- must be a team player willing to assist coworkers
Job Qualifications
- Previous concierge experience preferred
- hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- professional appearance and demeanor
- strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- familiarity with local area amenities and services or willingness to learn
- proficiency with basic computer systems and reservations software
- ability to communicate in English

Job Duties
- Greet guests and residents warmly and professionally
- provide information on local attractions, dining, transportation, and events
- assist with reservations, directions, and special requests
- coordinate services such as transportation, deliveries, and maintenance requests
- handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
- maintain a clean, organized concierge desk or lobby area
- resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
- communicate effectively with management and other departments
- uphold property policies, safety standards, and confidentiality
