We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized and memorable experiences to our valued guests and residents. This position requires an individual who is knowledgeable about local amenities and attractions, highly organized, and demonstrates a passion for anticipating and meeting the diverse needs of clientele. As a Concierge at the St. Anthony Hotel, you will serve as the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring each visitor receives warm, attentive service from the moment they arrive.

Your role will include providing detailed information about local attractions, dining options, transportation, and events, assisting guests with reservations and special requests, coordinating ancillary services, and resolving any concerns professionally and promptly. You will also maintain the concierge desk and lobby area, facilitating clear communication with hotel management and other departments while upholding the hotel's standards of safety, confidentiality, and guest satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in concierge, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multitask and problem solve
  • willingness to learn local area amenities and services
  • proficiency in computer and reservation systems
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • must be a team player willing to assist coworkers

Job Qualifications

  • Previous concierge experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and residents warmly and professionally
