Job Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet or menu items
- ensure food is fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed
- follow food safety and sanitation standards
- greet guests warmly and address their questions or needs
- assist with special requests, such as dietary restrictions
- keep the breakfast area clean and organized, including tables, counters, and buffet stations
- restock supplies like plates, utensils, and condiments
- monitor inventory and report low supplies to management
- assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- adhere to health and safety guidelines
- follow hotel policies and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests
