We are currently seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join the hotel’s food service team. This role is essential in delivering an excellent complimentary breakfast experience to guests. The position involves the set-up, maintenance, and clean-up of the breakfast service, ensuring that all food and beverage items are properly prepared, presented at the correct temperature, and replenished as necessary. A key component of this role is interacting with guests, greeting them warmly, and providing personalized service to ensure they are satisfied with the food and overall dining experience.

The Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in all food service areas, including the dining room and kitchen spaces, before, during, and after breakfast hours. Tasks include bussing tables, refilling condiments and supplies, cleaning spills promptly, and keeping coffee urns full. Additionally, the attendant supports inventory management by monitoring food products, utensils, and linen supplies and assisting with breakfast menu preparation. Ensuring compliance with hotel safety and cleanliness standards, including emergency procedures and key control, is also critical.

This is a part-time position with a schedule from 6 AM to 12 PM, working 30 hours per week over five days. The role demands attention to detail, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety and hygiene protocols, including social distancing guidelines. The Breakfast Attendant will also contribute to special functions and meetings by setting up appropriate food service, and responding to guest inquiries about hotel amenities and local facilities.
