Job Requirements
- Experience in accounts receivable or billing in hospitality
- knowledge of hotel PMS platforms like Opera or Opera Cloud
- strong understanding of hotel billing workflows and collections
- ability to work independently and take ownership
- detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- Experience in accounts receivable or billing within the hotel or hospitality industry
- familiarity with hotel systems or PMS platforms such as Opera or Opera Cloud
- strong understanding of billing workflows, guest/group invoicing, and collections in a hotel environment
- ability to take ownership of AR responsibilities and work independently
- detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Manage guest and city ledgers, including group billing and advanced deposits
- handle end-to-end AR processes: billing, posting, collections, and issue resolution
- prepare and post daily income journals and support day-end balancing
- partner with hotel operations, events, and F&B teams to ensure billing accuracy
- support AR clean-up and stabilization during the management transition
