Job Description

InnVentures is a dynamic hospitality management company known for its compassionate, caring, and fun workplace culture. Managing over 40 hotels across well-known brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG, InnVentures operates in 10 states, bringing a wealth of experience and commitment to quality service in the hotel industry. With a focus on service-oriented employees who value each other, guests, and their communities, InnVentures fosters an environment where teamwork and positive attitudes thrive. The company strongly upholds three core rules that define its workplace culture: putting customers first, bringing a good attitude every day, and ensuring that everyone has fun at work. These principles are not only ingrained in daily operations but also contribute to creating memorable and enjoyable guest experiences.

The Bartender/Server role at InnVentures is a pivotal position in delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests. This role allows passionate individuals to showcase their skills in mixology and customer service in a fast-paced hotel environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving guests in various settings, including bars, restaurants, and room service, with attentiveness and efficiency. You will prepare cocktails, serve wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages while catering to guest preferences with creativity and flexibility. Accuracy in completing orders and handling payments is essential to the role, alongside maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Additionally, this position involves supporting inventory management, restocking supplies, and contributing to the hotel's overall goals through teamwork and collaboration with other departments.

Working at one of InnVentures’ hotels offers a fun, team-oriented environment with both full-time and part-time positions available, providing opportunities for personal and professional growth. Employees enjoy involvement in community activities, recognition programs, discounted hotel stays, and paid time off, all within a supportive culture that promotes employee well-being. The company also offers comprehensive benefits that enhance the health and financial security of its team members. This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, physical stamina to stand and move throughout shifts, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Candidates must also be willing to obtain necessary permits such as a Food Handler’s Permit and Alcohol Server’s Permit and be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Bartender/Server role is not only a job but also a career starting point with potential advancement into supervisory and managerial positions within the food and beverage department.
