Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must have consistent weekend availability
- must be able to work various shifts including mornings, mid-shifts, afternoons, and evenings
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- previous experience in customer service preferred
- valid TABC and food handler certification
- strong interpersonal skills
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- demonstrated desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
- excellent verbal communication skills
- flexible schedule availability including mornings, mid-shifts, afternoons, and evenings
- full availability to work weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods
- preferred one year of related or customer service experience
- TABC and food handler certification required
Job Duties
- assist guests with food and beverage orders in the MKT Place
- provide exceptional guest service with a friendly and professional attitude
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- prepare and serve beverages promptly and accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- stand for long periods during shifts
- comply with health and safety standards
