This particular position is for the role of Barista, which is a part-time opportunity at Hyatt. The Barista is a key frontline associate responsible for assisting guests by taking and preparing food and beverage orders within the MKT Place, a vibrant dining venue inside the hotel. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • must have consistent weekend availability
  • must be able to work various shifts including mornings, mid-shifts, afternoons, and evenings
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • previous experience in customer service preferred
  • valid TABC and food handler certification
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to work in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • demonstrated desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • flexible schedule availability including mornings, mid-shifts, afternoons, and evenings
  • full availability to work weekends and holidays

  • preferred one year of related or customer service experience
