Job Duties

- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations on menu items
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas, in compliance with health and safety standards
- Restock supplies, such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and pastries, and assist with inventory tracking
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Upsell additional items, such as pastries or specialty drinks, to enhance guest experience and meet sales goals
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with professionalism and courtesy
