Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items for hotel banquets and events
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet Hyatt standards
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in inventory management and kitchen cleanliness
- Support the culinary team with training and development
- Adapt to different menu requirements and event sizes
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and banquet coordinators
