Job Requirements

  • Availability to work AM to mid-shift with some occasional nights
  • Willingness to work any shift on any day including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items for hotel banquets and events
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet Hyatt standards
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Assist in inventory management and kitchen cleanliness
  • Support the culinary team with training and development
  • Adapt to different menu requirements and event sizes
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and banquet coordinators
