We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Banquet Captain to join our dynamic team. The Hotel Banquet Captain role is integral to the smooth and successful operation of banquet events at our facility. This position requires a highly organized individual who can manage multiple facets of event execution with efficiency and poise. The Banquet Captain will serve as the primary coordinator between kitchen staff, serving staff, and event guests to ensure that every detail of the banquet runs flawlessly. From setting up the banquet room according to specific event requirements to overseeing the service staff, the Banquet Captain ensures guests receive top-tier service and that all operational aspects meet or exceed expectations.

This full-time position demands strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure. Our ideal candidate will be adept at troubleshooting issues quickly and effectively while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. They will oversee food preparation schedules, manage staff training and performance, maintain clean and organized event spaces, and assist with planning future events to continuously improve service delivery. Job Duties

Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared and served on time
Set up the banquet room according to the event specifications
Manage the serving staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and providing excellent service to guests
Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their experience and address any concerns or complaints
Maintain a clean and organized banquet room throughout the event
Ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored
Assist with the planning and execution of future events
