Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or closely related field preferred
- minimum of five years work experience in travel coordination, tour management, hospitality, or live entertainment touring or related discipline or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- experience with large group travel logistics
- international travel coordination experience highly preferred
- ability to operate in a fast-paced, constantly changing touring environment
- strong organizational and crisis management skills
- excellent negotiation and communication abilities
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee planning and coordination of travel logistics and hotel accommodations for touring personnel
- coordinate ground transportation between airports, hotels, venues, and rehearsal spaces
- source, negotiate, and secure hotel contracts in tour cities
- coordinate rooming lists and special requirements including family and accessibility needs
- assist in developing and managing travel and accommodation budgets
- negotiate group rates and long-term hotel contracts
- serve as primary contact for travel-related inquiries and manage travel disruptions
