Job Requirements

  • BSc or BA in travel tourism and hospitality business administration management or similar
  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in the cruise industry with knowledge of shoreside programs hotel pre and post-land programs and transfers
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in hotel and land programs
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Organizational and leadership skills with experience in global team coordination

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Direct and supervise the Hotel Concierge team ensuring timely and effective execution of booking activities
  • Supervise and coordinate front-end activities related to managing requests from the sales team
  • Support identification of areas of improvement and criticalities in front-end processes to ensure the highest service level
  • Supervise and coordinate activities related to defining inventory levels based on booking trends ensuring timely and effective system setup
  • Coordinate tactical sourcing activities with hotels and collaborate with port operations to support Ground Operator selection
  • Support evaluation and definition of potential sourcing opportunities to enhance current offerings
  • Liaise and coordinate with external suppliers to ensure highest service level for turnaround activities
  • Support implementation and maintenance of inventory and pricing monitoring processes
  • Assist Travel Services Director in evaluating strategic business initiatives including promotional activities
  • Liaise and coordinate with Reservations, Operations, Marketing, and other Guest Relations teams
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary
