Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Open availability to work flexible hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Physical agility for a fast-paced production environment
  • Willingness to learn all aspects of production
  • Ability to read and understand production documents
  • Willingness to take on various tasks as needed
  • No experience required but some prior food production or general labor experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to read and interpret production papers accurately
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks in food production
  • Physical agility and capability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation is a plus
  • Prior experience in restaurant, production, or general labor is beneficial but not required
  • Ability to operate food service equipment with training provided

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality food products according to recipes and production guidelines
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards consistently
  • Operate food service equipment such as wrappers, labelers, scales, slicers, ovens, and mixers
  • Work across different temperature-controlled areas from cold to warm zones
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Assist with packaging, shipping, and receiving when needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills
