Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Open availability to work flexible hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Physical agility for a fast-paced production environment
- Willingness to learn all aspects of production
- Ability to read and understand production documents
- Willingness to take on various tasks as needed
- No experience required but some prior food production or general labor experience preferred

- Ability to read and interpret production papers accurately
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks in food production
- Physical agility and capability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation is a plus
- Prior experience in restaurant, production, or general labor is beneficial but not required
- Ability to operate food service equipment with training provided
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food products according to recipes and production guidelines
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards consistently
- Operate food service equipment such as wrappers, labelers, scales, slicers, ovens, and mixers
- Work across different temperature-controlled areas from cold to warm zones
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Assist with packaging, shipping, and receiving when needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills
