Job Requirements
- 1 year of previous kitchen experience
- high-energy, proactive individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- ability to work (and have fun!) in a diverse team
- ability to work under stress
- attention to detail
- passionate about food
- possess or be willing to obtain a Food Handler's card within 7 days of hire
- finger/hand dexterity to operate kitchen machinery, knives, etc.
- ability to withstand changes in temperature, occasional smoke, steam and heat and work in a confined area
- ability to stand continuously throughout an 8-hour shift
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- comfortable bending, reaching, and moving quickly
- ability to work evenings and weekends
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to speak or understand Spanish a plus (although not required)

Job Duties
- Demonstrate and uphold our company core values
- accurately and efficiently cook pasta, sauces, and other hot food products
- prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
- be responsible for daily operations of the hot line and general kitchen cleaning
- know and comply consistently with our standard recipes, portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen procedures
- stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period
- keep kitchen clean and organized including the walk-in
- comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
- perform other related duties as assigned by the restaurant manager or manager-on-duty
