Hot Cook (AOC, All Other Cooks)

Catering by ASM Global is seeking a skilled Production Cook to join their team. The role involves preparing menu items, following recipes, maintaining quality food production standards, and ensuring a safe and sanitary working environment in a catering setting. The Production Cook will be responsible for hot and cold food preparation, following regulations, and operating kitchen equipment efficiently under the guidance of the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
