Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent or in pursuit of same
ability to complete CBC driver training and pass an MVR according to CBC standards
maintain a valid driver’s license with insurance
state foodhandler card or ServSafe certification as applicable
minimum of 3 months work experience in a food preparation facility, restaurant or retail environment preferred
ability to understand English (read, speak, write)

Job Duties

Uses oven and stove to prepare food
cleans produce
prepares food such as soups, salads, desserts, beverages to specification within a time limit
understands and follows food and knife safety procedures
assists with receiving deliveries and stocking ingredients and rotating product
performs deep cleaning
keeps track of waste items and maintains specified food portions
