- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests

Job Duties
- Apply CHEERS consistently throughout the shift
- Acknowledge guests immediately and create a warm first impression
- Support the dining room by pre-bussing and resetting tables
- Build rapport by asking open-ended questions
- Anticipate guest needs by reading body language and managing expectations
- Manage table turns using tablet and real-time dining room awareness
- Thank guests as they leave and create a positive final impression
