Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant operations

  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging guests in conversation and asking open-ended questions
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs as needed
  • Professional, energetic, and guest-focused demeanor
  • Adheres to Parry's uniform and appearance standards
  • Willingness to learn Parry's story, menu, and service expectations

Job Duties

  • Apply CHEERS consistently throughout the shift
  • Acknowledge guests immediately and create a warm first impression
  • Support the dining room by pre-bussing and resetting tables
  • Build rapport by asking open-ended questions
  • Anticipate guest needs by reading body language and managing expectations
  • Manage table turns using tablet and real-time dining room awareness
  • Thank guests as they leave and create a positive final impression
