The Host role serves as the first and last point of contact with our guests, playing a pivotal role in managing the flow of the restaurant. This position is responsible for creating a warm and inviting environment, greeting guests with enthusiasm, and efficiently managing the waitlist and seating arrangements. Clear communication of wait times and assistance with phone and to-go orders are critical components of this role, which ensures that every guest’s experience begins and ends on a positive note.

In addition, the To Specialist role focuses on managing all aspects of to-go and curbside orders. This includes taking, confirming, and accurately packaging orders received via phone, online platforms, and third-party delivery services such as DoorDash and Uber Eats. The Specialist manages curbside and front-of-house pickups, handles payment transactions efficiently, and expresses gratitude to guests, ensuring that takeout services meet the restaurant’s high standards of care and accuracy. Both roles require excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
