The Host role is pivotal as you serve as the first and last point of contact with our guests. You will manage the flow of the restaurant by organizing waitlists and seating arrangements, ensuring an efficient seating process that maximizes guest satisfaction and operational productivity. Your ability to communicate clearly about wait times and assist guests with any inquiries will set the tone for their experience. Additionally, you will handle phone calls and assist customers with to-go orders, showcasing your multitasking skills and dedication to service excellence.

The To Specialist plays a crucial role in managing all aspects of to-go and curbside orders. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure orders are accurate, well-packaged, and ready for timely pickup or delivery. Your responsibilities include taking and confirming phone, online, and third-party delivery service orders, managing curbside and front-of-house pickups seamlessly, and handling payment transactions with accuracy and professionalism. This role significantly contributes to our commitment to providing convenient and efficient service for guests who prefer dining on-the-go, reinforcing our restaurant's reputation for reliability and care beyond the dining room.
