The Host serves as the first and last point of contact with guests, a role that requires friendliness, organizational skills, and a knack for managing the flow of the dining area. The Host is instrumental in creating a welcoming environment that enhances guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
The To Specialist is focused on managing all aspects of to-go and curbside orders. This role ensures that takeout orders are accurate, well-packaged, and delivered to guests with care. Handling phone, online, and third-party delivery platform orders, the To Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining our restaurant’s reputation for quality and reliability beyond its physical doors. Both positions require excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to providing superior customer service, contributing significantly to our restaurant’s success and guest loyalty. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- punctual and reliable
- basic math skills for handling transactions
