We are currently seeking motivated individuals to fill two essential roles: Host and To Specialist. The Host serves as the first and last point of contact with guests, orchestrating the restaurant’s flow while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This position requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage the seating arrangements and waitlists efficiently.
The To Specialist handles all aspects of to-go and curbside orders, ensuring accuracy and quality control while maintaining excellent customer service. This role involves managing orders from various platforms such as phone, online, and third-party delivery services. Attention to detail and cash handling skills are critical for success in this role. Both positions play a key role in enhancing the guests’ overall dining experience and ensuring smooth operational flow. These are hourly employment positions with competitive pay based on experience, offering opportunities for flexible scheduling and growth within the company.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work well in a team
- basic computer skills
- reliable transportation preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests with enthusiasm
- manage waitlist and seating chart efficiently

- answer phones and assist with to-go orders
- take and confirm phone, online, and third party orders
- package food neatly and accurately following all packaging standards
- manage curbside and front-of-house pickup
- handle cash and card payment transactions accurately and thank guests
