Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Apply CHEERS consistently throughout the shift
  • Cheerful prompt greet to acknowledge guests immediately and create a warm first impression
  • Hospitality first by supporting dining room through pre-bussing and resetting tables
  • Engage guests by building rapport with open-ended questions
  • Ease guest needs by anticipating and managing expectations
  • Manage table turns using tablet and real-time dining room awareness
  • Thank guests as they leave to create a positive final impression
  • Identify first-time guests and regulars through conversation
  • Share relevant guest information with servers
  • Communicate clearly with service managers regarding wait times and flow
  • Explain menu layout and highlight signature dishes naturally
  • Introduce and support sign-ups for the Parry's loyalty program
  • Answer phones and take to-go orders during peak periods
  • Maintain entryway and dining room cleanliness
