Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

- Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills
- Comfortable engaging guests in conversation and asking open-ended questions
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs as needed

- Willingness to learn the Parry's story, menu, and service expectations
Job Duties
- Apply CHEERS consistently throughout the shift
- Cheerful prompt greet by acknowledging guests immediately and opening doors when possible
- Support the dining room by pre-bussing, resetting tables, and stepping in where needed
- Engage guests by building rapport and asking open-ended questions
- Anticipate guest needs by reading body language and managing expectations
- Manage table turns using both the tablet and real-time dining room awareness
- Thank guests as they leave and create a positive final impression
- Identify first-time guests and regulars through conversation
- Share relevant guest information with servers to support personalized service
- Communicate clearly with service managers regarding wait times, table readiness, and dining room flow
- Explain the menu layout and highlight signature dishes, drinks, and specials
- Introduce and support sign-ups for the Parry's loyalty program
- Answer phones, take to-go orders, and assist during peak periods
- Maintain entryway and dining room cleanliness and organization
