Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 30 lbs
- Able to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping
- Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils, and technology systems
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Visual ability including distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral vision
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification required for California positions (can be completed during training and up to 60 days after start date)
- Compliance with California wage and hour laws
- Successful completion of E-Verify
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus

Job Duties
- Make memorable first and last impressions with a smile
- Greet incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner
- Seat guests in dining and bar areas while ensuring smooth handoff to service staff
- Coordinate wait and seat guests with urgency
- Smile and have genuine conversations with guests
- Support all restaurant areas as business needs arise by demonstrating teamwork
- Commit to food safety, cleanliness, job safety, and sanitation standards
- Buss tables, deliver food, and support dining room to WOW guests
- Have general knowledge of food and drink menu to recommend and upsell
- Answer the phone professionally and direct calls
- Lead lobby experience following Outback hospitality standards
- Assist servers by serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining clean dining environment
