The role available is for a Servers Assistant at Outback Steakhouse, where each day you will make memorable first and last impressions with a smile, helping to create an "AUS-SOME" dining experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, seating them efficiently while coordinating closely with service staff to ensure smooth operations in the dining and bar areas. This position values genuine guest interactions, teamwork supporting multiple restaurant areas as needed, and a strong commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards. Duties include bussing tables, delivering food, assisting servers with food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and contributing to maintaining a welcoming dining environment ready to WOW every guest. Having a general knowledge of the menu to recommend and upsell items is important, along with professional communication skills such as answering phones. The Servers Assistant role requires adaptable speed in a fast-paced environment and manual dexterity for handling glassware, utensils, and technology systems. Out West Restaurant Group provides training to acquire necessary certifications, like Responsible Beverage Service certifications required for California locations, with accommodations made as necessary in line with state law requirements. Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • customer service experience preferred

  • willingness to learn and participate in training programs
