The Host/Server Assistant position offers an exciting opportunity to join this vibrant team. This role involves making memorable first and last impressions on guests by providing a welcoming atmosphere and assisting the front-of-house team to deliver an AUS-SOME dining experience. Compensation for this role starts at $15.16 per hour plus tips, with tip eligibility pursuant to Colorado state regulations. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Makes memorable first and last impressions with a smile
  • greets incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner
  • seats guests in the dining and bar areas while ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff
  • coordinates wait and seats guests with a sense of urgency
  • demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise
  • commits to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards
  • bussing tables, delivering food and supporting the dining room
  • has general knowledge of the food and drink menu and recommends and upsells products
  • answers the phone promptly and professionally and directs calls
  • leads the lobby experience for each guest following hospitality standards
  • assists servers by serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring a clean, welcoming dining environment
