Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
- able to work in hot and cold environments
- ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time up to 8 hours per shift
- frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
- manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
- ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience a plus
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- basic knowledge of restaurant food and beverage service
- ability to learn and recommend menu items
- positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- ability to handle busy and fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Makes memorable first and last impressions with a smile
- greets incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner
- seats guests in the dining and bar areas while ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff
- coordinates wait and seats guests with a sense of urgency
- demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise
- commits to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards
- bussing tables, delivering food and supporting the dining room
- has general knowledge of the food and drink menu and recommends and upsells products
- answers the phone promptly and professionally and directs calls
- leads the lobby experience for each guest following hospitality standards
- assists servers by serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring a clean, welcoming dining environment
