Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older

outstanding communication skills
ability to multitask
ability to obtain a food handler and TABC certificate

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage but not required

Job Duties

Welcome guest with a smile
acquire guest information and provide accurate seating times
promptly answer incoming calls and facilitate to the appropriate department
provide a clean and happy space for guest entering the building and waiting to be sat
communicate with management on wait times and new guests of Lupe Tortilla
escort guest and seat dining room enthusiasm and urgency
