Lupe Tortilla is currently seeking passionate and energetic Restaurant Team Host Staff who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where teamwork is essential. This full-time and part-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from $12 to $14 per hour and provides flexible scheduling options including major holidays off. The ideal candidates will have a friendly demeanor and treat guests as if welcoming them into their own homes, embodying the restaurant's people-first culture. This role requires individuals who enjoy multitasking, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a positive attitude with a constant smile.

As a Team Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly, managing seating arrangements with accuracy and efficiency, answering phone calls promptly, and maintaining a clean and cheerful waiting area. In addition, you will work closely with management to keep track of wait times and communicate guest needs effectively. Job Duties

  • Welcome guest with a smile
  • acquire guest information and provide accurate seating times
  • promptly answer incoming calls and facilitate to the appropriate department
  • provide a clean and happy space for guest entering the building and waiting to be sat
  • communicate with management on wait times and new guests of Lupe Tortilla
  • escort guest and seat dining room enthusiasm and urgency
