Job Requirements
- Minimum of High School education
- Minimum of one (1) year in similar role preferred
- Team player
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
- Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, etc.
- Basic mathematical skills as needed to make change and give refunds
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts

Job Duties
- Welcome all guests promptly as they arrive
- Host and greet guests as they arrive
- Schedule dining reservations and arrange special services for diners
- Coordinate activities of restaurant personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests
- Greet and escort guests and provide menus
- Inspect dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness
- Prepare garnishes needed in the preparation of drinks
- Maintain health and sanitation standards
- Complete stocking, replenishing, cleaning, maintenance and preparation of bar and restaurant
- Perform various other duties as assigned
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges
