Founded in 2015, OVG has quickly established itself as a key player in the industry, delivering an extensive platform that covers venue development, venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. The company owns and manages a collection of seven world-class venues and boasts a diverse client roster that includes some of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions across four continents. With a strong commitment to innovation and excellence, OVG is dedicated to enhancing the live entertainment experience for guests, artists, partners, and stakeholders worldwide.
At Oak View Group, diversity and inclusivity are at the heart of the company’s mission to positively disrupt the sports and live entertainment industry. The company believes in fostering diverse teams that drive innovation, strengthen people, improve services, and raise the bar for excellence. This ethos is reflected in OVG’s inclusive work environment, which celebrates diverse backgrounds and empowers all team members to make a difference. As an equal opportunity employer, Oak View Group is committed to fair and unbiased hiring practices that comply with all federal, state, and local laws.
The Host position at Oak View Group offers an exciting opportunity to join this dynamic company in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves greeting and escorting guests to their designated seating tables, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. The position pays an hourly rate ranging from $10.00 to $14.00 and is part-time, offering a flexible schedule suited for individuals looking to contribute in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
As a Host, the responsibilities include maintaining excellent attendance in alignment with company policies, managing stock and supply levels by communicating low inventory to the restaurant manager, and upholding sanitation, health, and safety standards within the work environment. Additionally, the Host listens attentively to customer requests or concerns and responds promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. The role also requires keeping the workspace clean and organized by disposing of garbage and cleaning dishes, contributing to an efficient and pleasant environment for both guests and colleagues.
This position is ideal for individuals who possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and a friendly, positive attitude toward their coworkers, managers, volunteers, and guests. Previous experience in the food service industry or as a Host is preferred but not mandatory, as there is an opportunity to learn to operate the corresponding systems required for the role. This opportunity is perfect for motivated candidates seeking to build or enhance their career in hospitality and live event services within a world-class entertainment company.
Oak View Group provides part-time employees with valuable benefits, including a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching, underscoring the company’s commitment to supporting employee financial wellness and future planning. The position will remain open until August 14, 2026, providing potential applicants ample time to apply and join a team dedicated to excellence and innovation in live entertainment.
