The role of the host/hostess at Fontainebleau is pivotal in shaping the guests' impressions upon arrival. In addition to guest greeting and seating, the host/hostess will handle telephone inquiries and facilitate guest requests efficiently. Managing incoming reservations and the restaurant floor using the table management system is a key responsibility to ensure smooth operations in a busy, high-volume setting. The role also includes assisting with daily administrative tasks as directed by the restaurant manager, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the restaurant team.
