Job Requirements

  • Full-service restaurant experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Gets along great with people
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a full-service restaurant setting is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong teamwork and customer service orientation
  • Positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • Assist servers by delivering beverages and meals
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and host station
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow
  • Manage guest waitlists and reservations as needed
  • Provide information about the menu and restaurant policies
  • Uphold the standards of genuine hospitality in every guest interaction
