Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Assist guests with seating arrangements and manage waiting lists
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Support servers in delivering timely and accurate food and beverage orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
