Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to provide friendly, prompt and attentive service
good communication skills
ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
capability to stand and walk for extended periods
team player mindset
commitment to uphold safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
basic knowledge of food and beverage services
friendly and approachable demeanor
ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods

Job Duties

Greet incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner
seat guests in dining and bar areas ensuring smooth handoff to service staff
maintain general knowledge of food and drink menu to recommend and upsell products
entertain guests during wait times by offering beverages and food tasting services
answer phones promptly and professionally and direct calls as applicable
assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and bar beverages, and supporting guests
commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards during the shift
