Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • ability to build rapport quickly with guests and team members
  • availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • adherence to company policies and standards

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements

  • support servers by delivering food and beverages promptly
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area
  • provide guests with accurate information about menu items and restaurant policies
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • assist in opening and closing restaurant procedures
