Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years related experience
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Enjoys interacting with customers
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Position requires prolonged periods of standing or walking
- May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling and stooping
- Frequent use of computers and other technology
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests with eagerness in a courteous manner and let them know the wait times
- Accommodate guests when needed
- Be knowledgeable and proficient with register
- Seat guests appropriately and manage seating arrangements
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Assist in processing transactions efficiently and accurately
