Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year hospitality experience preferably in food and beverage
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use POS systems like Toast
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Availability to work Sundays
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- multilingual candidates are a plus
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in a food & beverage department
- Familiarity with Toast or similar POS systems is helpful
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Sunday availability is required
Job Duties
- Create a warm, memorable first impression for every guest
- Manage reservations and guest flow to ensure timely, seamless service
- Answer phone inquiries and reservations
- Maintain exceptional service standards and a polished, professional demeanor
- Assist the service team by clearing and resetting tables as needed
- Keep host stations and equipment clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Anticipate and exceed guest expectations with confidence and care
