Guest Ambassadors at Tapville Social excel in positive and patient communication, providing clear and courteous interactions across various guest touchpoints including phone inquiries and in-person greetings. They manage reservations and waitlists with keen organizational skills, proactively preparing seating arrangements to smooth service flow and reduce wait times. Beyond seating duties, they take a hands-on approach to maintaining their stations, keeping areas organized, stocked, and clean to meet the brand’s high operational standards.

Essential certifications such as ServSafe Management, Allergen, and Basset are required to ensure knowledgeable and safe handling of food, beverages, and guest interactions. Physically, the role demands stamina and mobility to stand for long periods, navigate a dynamic workspace, and lift or reach as required. Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays is mandatory to meet business needs.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays
- Able to stand for up to 10 hours per day
- Able to exert fast-paced mobility to accomplish tasks
- bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment
- Ability to work within the following conditions: wet floors, temperature extremes, and loud noise
- Maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards

Job Duties
- Represent Tapville's core values
- Answer phones within two rings, answering questions and taking reservations in a friendly and efficient manner
- Manage waitlist and prepare seating assignments prior to service
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and escort them to their table
- Thank and re-invite departing guests
- Ensure guests receive Tapville's five-star guest experience
- follow up on any issues and complaints to maximize guest satisfaction
- Execute role-specific Tapville Social brand operating procedures
- Organize, stock, and clean station
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures
