Job Requirements

  • At least high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of hospitality experience
  • excellent communication skills in English
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is preferred
  • must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • strong customer service orientation
  • must maintain a professional and polished appearance

Job Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English
  • multilingual candidates are a plus
  • at least 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in a food & beverage department
  • familiarity with Toast or similar POS systems is helpful
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Friday & Saturday availability is required

Job Duties

  • Create a warm, memorable first impression for every guest
  • manage reservations and guest flow to ensure timely, seamless service
  • answer phone inquiries and reservations
  • maintain exceptional service standards and a polished, professional demeanor
  • assist the service team by clearing and resetting tables as needed
  • keep host stations and equipment clean, organized, and guest-ready
  • anticipate and exceed guest expectations with confidence and care
