Job Duties
- Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Offer verbal greetings and create a positive first impression
- Provide directions and assistance to guests navigating the premises
- Offer information about the services, amenities, and facilities available
- Answer guest inquiries regarding hours, locations, and other concerns
- Direct guests to appropriate staff or departments for further help
- Maintain order and organization in waiting areas
- Manage guest reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements
- Communicate estimated wait times and guest status updates
- Accommodate special guest requests and seating preferences
- Relay special requests to relevant departments
- Listen attentively to customer feedback and concerns

- Notify management of issues requiring attention
- Ensure waiting areas and entrances are clean and presentable
