Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong attention to detail
  • customer-focused mindset

Job Qualifications

  • upscale beverage programming experience preferred
  • deep cocktail knowledge beyond the basics
  • curation of complicated cocktail knowledge
  • refined verbal communication skills
  • physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
  • full availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • greet guests as they arrive and provide a warm welcome
  • manage restaurant seating and waitlists efficiently
  • coordinate with the front of house and kitchen staff to optimize guest experience
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area
  • anticipate guest needs and provide personalized hospitality
  • assist in managing reservations and walk-in guest flow
