Job Requirements
- Two years of prior customer service experience required
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
- Flexible availability including Monday through Friday and rotating weekends
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding personal and medical information
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Willingness to assist with food service and sanitation as needed

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet and direct guests to their tables based on availability or desired seating arrangements
- Help create an overall enjoyable dining experience and promote a safe, clean and neat environment for guests and other associates
- Exhibit exceptional communications skills and get along well with others, demonstrating flexibility and patience
- Maintain a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information that is shared
- Supervise the activities of food-service associates in the dining room to ensure proper customer service, food handling and sanitation procedures are followed
- Help train new food-service team members
- Supervise the closing of the assigned dining room and ensure side work and station setup is properly completed
- Demonstrate knowledge of emergency safety procedures and assist in evacuating guests to safety in the event of fire or other emergency
- Assist with service, including occasional bussing and food service, while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Operate equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells and coffee machines when needed
- Work with staff of other departments to perform job duties and during special events or functions
- Perform other duties as assigned
