This role is ideal for individuals with a compassionate attitude towards seniors, strong organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The position demands some weekend and holiday availability, reflecting the operational hours of the community dining services. Benefits vary based on employment status but can include medical, vision, dental, life insurance, paid time off, and other employee assistance programs. Bethesda Senior Living values work-life balance and offers several financial and health-related employee benefits as part of its commitment to staff well-being.
