Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food and beverage experience or equivalent training required
- Work schedule varies and may include holidays, weekends and alternate shifts
- Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a positive first impression
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover
- Seat guests promptly and efficiently, considering server sections and guest preferences
- Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and management to ensure a smooth dining experience
- Practice safe work habits, including wearing protective safety equipment and following MSDS and OSHA standards
- Perform other duties as requested by management
