Job Duties

  • Greeting guests warmly as they arrive
  • managing seating arrangements to optimize table turnover
  • confirming reservations and managing the waitlist during peak hours
  • presenting menus and addressing guest inquiries
  • coordinating closely with servers for smooth service
  • maintaining cleanliness of host stand, lobby, and restrooms
  • responding to guest requests and concerns promptly
  • assisting with the coordination of special events and large group reservations
