As a Host/Hostess, you will greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations and seating efficiently, and ensure that service flows smoothly from start to finish. This position involves using reservation management systems such as OpenTable or Seven Rooms, handling guest inquiries with exceptional phone etiquette, and attending to special requests like allergies or other preferences.

Your presence will ensure that the host stand and entrance are always maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and attractiveness, reflecting our establishment's commitment to excellence. The ability to multi-task confidently, work well under pressure, and maintain a positive demeanor is essential. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to every task. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is a must, as is the physical ability to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting or movement of items up to 50 pounds.
