Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

  • Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 100 pounds
  • Previous luxury hotel experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests in a positive and professional manner
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space and minimize wait times
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus promptly and courteously
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and efficiently
  • Manage new reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and update seating charts
  • Communicate effectively with management, bartenders, and service staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
