Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

- Ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 100 pounds

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a positive and professional manner
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space and minimize wait times
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus promptly and courteously
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and efficiently
- Manage new reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and update seating charts
- Communicate effectively with management, bartenders, and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
